Why do I post .. repost and even have a trainer to work with .. well it’s all about

Being accountable .. showing up .. and getting it done

I start the morning with my podcasts and coffee spending time with the pup ..

I love this guy ..

And this girl …

Then I grab the newest mindpump podcast and off to the gym … an hour of steps .. an hour of weight training … a few minutes of cardio and then more steps

I’ve been doing a fasted workout .. but this morning it was supplements as usual and jockos greens with 6 egg whites and water for PROTEIN
